Format & download details
Front and reverse faces measure 190 × 95 mm. The trimmed sheet is 190 × 255 mm, with a 190 × 50 mm base and a 15 mm joining tab. One sheet, three folds and one taped tab make the closed triangular base. The triangular ends remain open.

Trim the outer rectangle and crease the three dashed fold lines.
Fold the base underneath, then secure the marked tab inside the front with double-sided tape.
A glue stick is an alternative.

How to print & assemble
Print one-sided at Actual size / 100%, trim the outer rectangle, crease the three fold lines and secure the marked tab with double-sided tape or a glue stick. Keep printed faces outside; the base and tab fold underneath. No duplex printing.
Choose A4 or US Letter and print one-sided at 100% / Actual size on cardstock supported by your printer.
Paper & print quality
The cream and purple faces are printed fills; the hidden base is unprinted.
The small lime accent will vary with your printer and paper, and home printers do not reproduce fluorescent lime.
Check supported paper weights before feeding cardstock.
