Information we collect
We collect the information needed to process orders, deliver downloads, respond to support requests and meet legal obligations.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 is used only after you choose Allow analytics. It may collect information about pages viewed, interactions, browser and device details, referral source and approximate location. We use this information in aggregate to understand and improve the site. Our Google Analytics measurement ID is G-0TVG79C12M.
Analytics cookies and your choice
Analytics is off by default. You may allow or decline it in the consent notice and change your choice later through Analytics settings in the site footer. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection on this device and removes available Mockivation analytics cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser so we can remember it.
Story responses and sharing
When you respond to a Story, we store your selected answer with a random browser identifier in a necessary cookie for up to one year. This lets you change your answer without increasing the total. No account is required and your answer is not linked to your name or order. Public results are aggregate response counts, not verified unique people. With optional analytics permission, we also count successful share actions or copied Story links and clicks from Stories to linked products. These counts do not confirm delivery, a completed page visit or a purchase. You can change analytics permission in the footer. Currently listening links open Spotify or YouTube, whose privacy terms apply when you visit.
Comic responses and free downloads
Comic responses use a separate random browser identifier in a necessary cookie for up to one year. You can undo your response, and downloading does not require a response or account. Public counts show saved responses per browser, not verified unique people. With optional analytics permission, we count comic page openings, successful share actions or copied links, download clicks and clicks to a linked product. Download clicks do not confirm completed transfers and product clicks do not confirm purchases. The free download is available whether you allow analytics or not.
Saved for later
Saved items are stored locally in your current browser, without an account, and are not sent to Mockivation as a personal list. The list contains public page addresses and save dates, not artwork or paid downloads. It does not sync between devices. Clearing browser data removes the list; browser privacy settings may prevent saving.
Link-in-bio visits
With optional analytics permission, we record bio-page openings, clicks to public sections and products, and destination page openings following those clicks. A short-lived destination reference is kept in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes. We distinguish click events from page visits; neither proves a purchase. Instagram attribution is used only when a referral or labelled profile link identifies Instagram. Declining or withdrawing analytics stops this tracking.
Personal eCard notes
For the personalisation option on our illustrated eCards, your draft note is kept in this browser tab until you submit it after verified payment. We store the recipient name, sender name and note to display your personal card. One personal link per purchased eCard remains available for 90 days from creation and can be disabled through My Purchases. Anyone with the link can open it; it is not password-protected. Personal card pages stay out of our sitemap and carry noindex instructions. We do not load optional analytics on recipient pages or the private note editor. We do not collect a recipient email address or phone number, or send the card automatically. Share the link yourself through your chosen service. Disabling a link stops recipient access; contact know@mockivation.space for personal-data requests.
Optional shop measurement
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics records product views, additions to the cart and verified purchases using product identifiers, currency and value. Purchase events include an order reference for duplicate prevention, not your name, email, payment credentials or download tokens. A reference in this browser tab prevents repeat reporting. Counts can be incomplete when permission is declined, tracking is blocked or the confirmation page is not opened. Our order records remain the source of truth for payments.
Payments
Payment details are processed by Razorpay or PayPal and are not stored by Mockivation. Each provider handles information under its own privacy terms.
