Digital downloads
Because digital files are made available after payment and cannot be returned, purchases are generally final once download access has been provided. We do not normally offer refunds for a change of mind, an accidental selection or deciding not to use the file.
Incorrect or defective files
Contact us within seven days if the delivered file is damaged, incomplete, incorrect or materially different from the product description. We will first provide the correct working file or restore access. If we cannot resolve the verified problem, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund.
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same file option more than once, email us with the relevant order numbers. After verifying the duplicate purchase, we may refund the additional charge to the original payment method.
Compatibility
Review the stated file format, dimensions and compatibility information before purchasing. A refund is not normally available when the delivered file matches its description but is incompatible with a device, app or software that was not listed as supported.
Requesting help
Email know@mockivation.space with your order number, purchase email address and a short description of the problem. Screenshots may help us resolve technical issues. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider, whose processing time may vary. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
