The necessary serious part
Digital delivery policy

What you receive
All Mockivation shop products are digital downloads. Printable products are supplied as files for you to print yourself. One file option is available per purchase. A product containing several listed files is supplied together as one download package. The product page states exactly what that package contains, including the available formats and dimensions.
How delivery works
After payment is completed successfully, the download link will be shown on the order confirmation page or sent to the email address used at checkout. Delivery is normally immediate but may take a few minutes while the payment is confirmed.
Download limit
A purchase allows up to three download attempts for its file or download package. The private link expires 30 days after payment or after the third attempt, whichever happens first. Keep a personal backup after the first successful download. The limit protects paid files from unrestricted sharing and does not alter your personal-use licence.
Download problems
If a link is missing or inactive, a transfer fails, or a file is damaged or incomplete, email know@mockivation.space with your order number and the email address used for the purchase. After verifying the order, we will restore access or provide the correct working file.
Compatibility and backups
Check the file details on the product page before purchasing to make sure the format is suitable for your device or software. Download and keep a personal backup of your files because permanent online access is not guaranteed.
