Professional development has taken an unexpected turn.

Someone has found a purpose for the next awkward meeting. Intellectual Well-Being gives a questionable office habit a rather respectable explanation. A printable card for the colleague who knows exactly who this is about. The front reads: “Finding ways to embarrass colleagues is necessary for intellectual well-being”.

The inside is blank for whatever you would rather put in writing.

A folded office observation for someone who recognises the situation. Print it, add your handwritten note inside and give it privately.
